  • We Brand 4U Artwork Specification

    Your Company Logo or Artwork is best supplied to us in EPS (Electronic Post script File)
    This is the file format for artwork created in a vector-based program. Vectored describes the process of creating paths and points in a program such as freehand or illustrator. The program keeps track of the relationships between these points and paths so that when the image is scaled for different print areas or curved surfaces, the paths are regenerated.
    These are the best file types to use as they reproduce the most accurately.
    If you have a PDF of your logo or artwork then sometimes this can be used but it all depends on if the artwork is a vector Image.
    Sometimes it is necessary to re draw your artwork especially if it is supplied in a low quality Jpeg image (Photograph)
    Please forward your artwork as early as possible so that we can advise you on the best way that you logo can be presented on your chosen promotional item. When you contact us one of our trained account managers will be able to advise you on the best method that can be used to print your logo and message.   • Branding Methods

    There are many different branding methods used to print your promotional merchandise order and the most appropriate one depends, amongst other things, on the type of product being branded, the number of colours to be branded and the expected life-time of the product. Some of the most common branding methods are listed below.
    This is used on promotional pens, flat plastic items and PU, some bags and clothing, particularly T-shirts. Ink is applied to the product by pushing it through a screen (or stencil) containing your design.
    Pad (or tampo) printing:
    This is generally used on odd or curved shapes. Ink is transferred onto product by way of a rubber pad. An increasing popular method due to the flexibility and number of products it can mark.
    This is used most commonly on crystal, glass and metal products to achieve a quality and lasting finish. Laser engraving is now widely regarded as the most accurate and economical way of reproducing fine design work, although machine engraving may still be used to excellent effect.
    Foil Blocking / Embossing:
    This is used to brand leather goods in particular. A metal block (die) is pressure stamped onto the product, usually with a gold or silver foil, to leave a lasting impression of your design. Alternatively, the process can be performed without foil, just leaving your design in plain relief. This is known as blind embossing, This Method is generally used for diaries or conference folders or notebooks
    This is a great way to achieve quality personalisation on most clothing and headwear. Modern machinery offers speed and multiple colour possibilities. A typical design is based on a stitch count of around 5 to 10,000 stitches. Embroidered branding on clothing tends to be more durable than screen-printing or vinyl transfer.
    Die stamping:
    Usually used on metal products like stainless steel or similar products. Like with blocking, a metal die is pressure stamped onto your product leaving an impression of your design. It can be left plain or filled with colour.
    Vinyl transfer:
    This is usually used on clothing. The design is cut from vinyl by a computer-controlled plotter. The vinyl is then heat-pressed on to the garment. Vinyl-transfers are great for short-run jobs but it can be tricky to brand in more than one colour. Also, vinyl is only available in a limited range of colours.
    Digital printing:
    This involves printing your design directly on to a product using a specialist printer. It is possible to print an ever-increasing range of products using this method due to developments in specialist printers. This type of printing is generally suited to short runs, in full colour where longevity is not the main concern.

    We want you to be 100% happy with your branded merchandise order, the service you receive and the way we apply your logo or branding. In addition, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order
    Returning your items
    We want you to be delighted with your order from We Brand 4U however if for any reason you wish to return your items, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.
    If your order consists of multiple items, the 7 day return period runs from when you receive the last batch of goods.
    All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
    Damaged or faulty orders
    For orders which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. For any orders deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items.
    Receiving your refund
    All refunds will be made within 28 days of WE Brand 4U receiving and checking the returned goods. If the products are deemed damaged and/or un-saleable then the goods will be returned and no refund given.
    All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.
    If there is a print error deemed to be our fault we will offer to re-print the products or provide a refund as above. Please note that we will require photos of the items for us to assess before you return them to us and any liability is agreed.
    Should We Brand 4U supply any items which may have any quality issues, please notify your account manager within 48hours from delivery
